6/1/10 Update
Can you believe I am still here in my foster home? Not one person has inquired about me. How sad is that? I am a very happy and carefree boy. What’s not to love? A couple of my warts came back but mom is trying a new medicine on me and we are hoping it will dry them up and they will just fall off. I guess I am part toad.
I sure would like to have my very own forever family. If you can find room in your heart and home to adopt me, please contact the Angels.
10/7/09 Update
Price Cooper has fully recovered from his wart removal and is not itching at all anymore. He loves attention and laps a lot. He is more than ready for that special family to adopt him as soon as possible.
9/1/09 Update
Hi everybody. I just thought I would stop by and tell you how I am doing. I went to the doggie dentist today and got my toofers all clean and had 4 pulled. While I was sleeping, the dogtor decided to take off those itchy warts I had. She took off over 20. Now I have red dots all over me. Mom said they would all heal up and I'll be good as new very soon. I really feel a whole lot better now.
Mom tells me I am sweet all the time and how can you not love my adorable face? Mom will get some new pictures of me next week, so come back and see me soon. Or better yet, why not fill out an application to adopt me? I am a very good boy, just ask my mom.

Cooper is my name and charming is my game. I am 10 years old and weigh around 9 pounds. My owners gave me up because they want to travel and did not want to drag me along. Geesh, how could you not want a handsome guy like me at your side all the time?
I am very easy going. I love to just hang out in my bed with a blankie. I am no where near an old guy and have plenty of spunk left. I also have several canine warts but the dogtor said if he removes them, they will probably just grow back. He does not think they are hurting me in any way so why go through all that drama?
I will require daily brushing and grooming every 1-2 months to keep me the handsome fella that I am, so make sure you are ready for that responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated in the profile, all of our foster dogs require a fenced in yard.
IPPRA DOES NOT SHIP ITS DOGS. Please be advised that we do not transport. You will be responsible for coming to pick up your new dog on adoption day. The general location for each foster dog is listed in its profile. Preference is given to local applicants. Our Special Needs dogs (medical issues, seniors, puppy mill rescues, emotional issues) must be adopted close to their foster homes.
PLEASE NOTE - There are NO exceptions to filling out an application. Our dogs are in private foster homes, not a shelter facility. All of our rescue dogs are altered, up to date on vaccinations, flea-free and on heartworm prevention. We check references and do a home visit. Only an approved application may adopt one of our rescue dogs.
